HYPNOBIRTHING ANTENATAL COURSES

Group courses are held every month on Sunday afternoons 3pm-5pm. (later in the summer) Alternatively, you might prefer a private bespoke course in the comfort of your own home.

A four week Serenity Hypnobirthing course is designed to prepare a mother, her baby and her partner for an empowered and positive birth experience.

These fun and informal courses combine an antenatal class, birthing physiology knowledge and hypnotherapy techniques to enable the best birth possible for you, your baby and your partner.  Lovely deep relaxations and breathing techniques, spinning babies knowledge that will give you comfort in pregnancy now, and flexibility for your upcoming birth. These daily activities begin balancing your pregnant body to make space for baby’s best birth position.  Maybe more importantly, you will learn how to navigate the maternity system and become empowered of all your options and choices in birth.  Being prepared and informed is vital and will give you and your partner the confidenence to ask what all the risks and benefits are of each option.

GROUP COURSES

– £197 Per couple including all materials.

Tailored for groups of between 2-3 couples, the course is set out to run for 4 consecutive weeks, but also allows for flexibility to suit each group whenever possible.  Classes are held on a Sunday afternoons/evening for 2 hours per session.

ONE TO ONE PRIVATE COURSE

You will benefit from individual attention, in a relaxed personalised teaching style.  Like the group course, evenings for 4 consecutive weeks, to suit you, each 2 to 2.5 hours.   Or if you prefer, 2 longer sessions at a time to suit, easier with a bespoke course in the comfort of your own home, or at a venue if you prefer.

1:1 session times can be flexible to suit a busy lifestyle. You will have my undivided attention and the course is based around all your needs, so becomes bespoke to you.   If an intense course is needed (at the eleventh hour), then 2 longer sessions are possible.

This course is bespoke to you and your partner.  To take control of your birth, to deepen into your body and natural instincts and bring about a safer, easier, more comfortable birthing experience.  This programme teaches you both the art and joy of experiencing  birth in a more comfortable manner.  Empowered of all your options and informed choices.

If you have a lot of fears or past trauma, then a one to one course might be the best option for you.  But please feel free to call me to discuss your course options.

Due to the current climate and esculated fear in the maternity services, I have decided to keep some courses available online, via Zoom!   Do not fear, Hypnobirthing and antenatal education works well virtually!!

All course material is sent digitally via email and as much as virtually possible, all course content is adapted for these online courses.
